- Minimum Users Requirement: ChatGPT Business requires a minimum of two users, so while the $300 credit covers a significant portion of the cost, it will not make the entire subscription free.
- Calendar Year Benefit: The $300 credit resets every calendar year, making it a "use it or lose it" benefit.

On the annual plan, two seats run approximately $480 per year. After the up to $300 credit, your net cost drops to roughly $180 per year — about $15 per month.
On the monthly plan, two seats run approximately $50 per month. Applying the up to $300 credit across the calendar year effectively offsets around six months of that cost, bringing your average net monthly cost to roughly $4 per month for the first half of the year.
If you subscribe monthly at $50/month and apply the $300 credit, you're effectively getting six months free. Not bad.
