How to get DoorDash Dash Pass for Free with your Chase Card

As a Chase cardholder, you're eligible for a ton of benefits and perks. One of the most useful is the complimentary DashPass membership that comes with many Chase cards.
But first, a little background
In 2020, Chase and DoorDash launched a partnership that offered DoorDash benefits to select Chase credit card holders. The partnership was slated to end in 2022, but the benefits have been extended through December 31, 2025. They’ve also been expanded to most Chase cards co-branded Chase cards.
So, what exactly is DashPass?
DoorDash offers a membership called DashPass. It usually costs $9.99 per month, but you’ll get it for free with many Chase cards.
Benefits of DashPass:
- $0 delivery fees and lower service fees on orders over the minimum subtotal (which is usually $12)
- 5% back on pick-up orders
- $5 monthly DoorDash credit (for Sapphire Reserve cardholders and authorized users too). This credit is deposited into your DoorDash account every month, similar to the Uber Cash benefit offered to select American Express Platinum cardholders. It adds up to $60 per year! You can roll over credits for two calendar months, for a total of $15 off.

- Navigate to Account, then Add Payment Method. Then, click Credit/Debit Card.
