If Kudos doesn't save you more than the cost of your yearly subscription in the first 90 days, we'll refund you. Simple as that.
How It Works
Sign up for a Kudos Premium yearly plan and use it. The bill negotiation, card-linked offers, and Boost cashback will start working in the background.
At day 90, if your total verified savings through Kudos are less than what you paid for the year, email support@joinkudos.com with the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Request." We'll review your account and follow up within 5 business days.
You have until day 120 to submit, so don't sit on it too long.
What We Count as Savings
- Boost cashback earned at checkout
- Card-linked offer savings activated through Kudos
- Confirmed bill negotiation savings
If the combined total is less than your subscription cost, you qualify.
How the Refund Works
Refunds are issued as Kudos Boost credits, redeemable via PayPal or as an Amazon gift card. The payout equals the full amount you paid. Because subscriptions run through Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play, we can't send money back directly to your card. For PayPal redemptions, the standard $2.99 processing fee is waived for guarantee claims.
