Your Travel Points Are Worth Up to 55% More Right Now (Bonuses End June 30)
July 1, 2025

The content on this page is accurate as of the posting date; however, some of the offers mentioned may have expired.
If you've been sitting on transferable travel points, this window matters. Several major rewards programs are running elevated transfer bonuses through the end of June, and a few of them are unusually large.
Here's exactly what's live, broken down by card program.
All Active Transfer Bonuses: June 2026
Chase Ultimate Rewards
- +55% to Marriott Bonvoy through June 30 (1,000 points to 1,550 Bonvoy points)
- +30% to Southwest Rapid Rewards through June 5 (1,000 points to 1,300 miles)
The Marriott bonus is one of the best Chase has offered. If you have a Chase Sapphire Preferred, Sapphire Reserve, or Ink Business Preferred and have been eyeing a Marriott stay, now is the time to run the numbers.
American Express Membership Rewards
- +25% to Flying Blue (Air France/KLM) through June 30 (1,000 points to 1,250 miles)
- +20% to Marriott Bonvoy through June 30 (1,000 points to 1,200 points)
Chase is offering a better Marriott bonus than Amex this month (55% vs. 20%), so if you hold both, Chase is the better choice for Bonvoy transfers right now.
Citi ThankYou Rewards
- +30% to Qatar Airways Privilege Club through June 30 (1,000 points to 1,300 Avios)
- +30% to I Prefer Hotel Rewards through June 13 (1,000 points to 1,300 points)
- +25% to Wyndham Rewards through June 13 (1,000 points to 1,250 points)
One catch: the full 1:1 transfer ratio on Citi bonuses only applies if you hold the Citi Strata Elite, Citi Strata Premier, or Citi Prestige. Other Citi cards transfer at a reduced ratio, which significantly changes the math.
Capital One Miles
No active transfer bonuses right now.
Rove Miles
- +50% to Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles through June 30 (1,000 miles to 1,500 miles)
- +25% to Air Canada Aeroplan through June 6 (1,000 miles to 1,250 points)
What This Looks Like in Practice
The Chase to Marriott bonus is the biggest one this month. At 55%, 100,000 Chase points becomes 155,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. Marriott points are worth roughly 0.8 cents each, so that's around $1,240 in hotel value from the same balance that would have gotten you $1,000 or less elsewhere.
The Flying Blue bonus through Amex is a good one if you're targeting Air France or KLM flights, particularly transatlantic business class where Flying Blue tends to have strong redemption rates.
One Important Caution
Only transfer points when you have a specific trip booked or a redemption you're ready to make. Transfers cannot be reversed. Points sitting in an airline or hotel program are also subject to devaluations you can't control.
A transfer bonus is a reason to act on a plan you already have, not a reason to move points speculatively because the math looks good on paper.
FAQ
What is a points transfer bonus?
A transfer bonus is a limited-time promotion that lets you transfer credit card points to a partner loyalty program at a better-than-normal ratio. A 20% bonus means that for every 1,000 points you transfer, you get 1,200 in the receiving program instead of the standard amount.
Are transfer bonuses worth it?
They can be, but only if you have a specific redemption in mind. Transfers are permanent, so moving points without a clear plan risks getting stuck with points in a program you may not be able to use well.
How do I know if a transfer bonus is available to me?
Log into your credit card rewards account and look for transfer partner promotions. Some bonuses are targeted, meaning they won't be visible to all cardholders even if they're publicly announced.
Can I transfer points to multiple partners during the same bonus period?
Yes. If multiple bonuses are running at the same time across different programs, you can take advantage of more than one as long as you hold the relevant cards.
How long do transfers take?
It depends on the program. Some, like Amex to Hilton, are instant. Others can take a few days or longer. Check your issuer's transfer page for estimated timing before you book anything time-sensitive.
What happens if the award space disappears after I transfer?
Unfortunately, nothing. Transfers are irreversible, so always confirm award availability before initiating a transfer.
